Who has a key to my unit?

It’s your lock and key. You can purchase a quality Chateau lock from Secure One Self Storage, or bring your own.

How do I make my payments?

Secure One Self Storage can automatically bill your credit card every month. However, if you are not set up on an automatic bill pay, you can mail your payment in, or stop by our convenient location.

What kind of security does Secure One Self Storage have?

Secure One Self Storage has 24-hour video surveillance. The facility also has a gated entry and exit with digital keypads. Every renter is issued an individual code. Overhead lighting helps to provide better visibility at night.

Does Secure One Self Storage rent moving trucks?

We have a 14-foot moving truck that is available to use FREE of charge with a new unit rental. Some restrictions apply.

Where can I get moving supplies?

Secure One Self Storage has a large selection of moving supplies. We stock everything from boxes to rope to bubblewrap. Check out our supplies!
